Resources & Currency
Carats
One-time sources:
Events, Race trophies, Missions, Archive levels, Stories
Renewable sources:
Daily missions, Daily Login Bonus, weekly PvP rewards, monthly Club rewards, Champions Meeting, Legend Races, Bingo events, the Monthly Pass, swiping your credit card
Carats are used primarily for rolling on the Gacha for Trainees & Support Cards. You can also use them to refill your energy or race points.
Refilling 30 TP costs 10 Carats.
TIP
Since Career Races have a chance to drop Carats, it can be a surprisingly good deal.
Of course, use your Toughness 30s first.
There are Paid carats and Free carats. If a source takes either paid carats or free carats, it will use the free carats first.
Toughness 30 & Carrot Jelly Mini
Toughness 30 refreshes 30 TP for Career.
Carrot Jelly Mini Refreshes 1 RP for Team Trials.
Both are obtained as rewards from various events.
Friend Points
Friend Points are obtained when people use the Support Card you set in your profile during a run. You get 10 each time this happens, up to 100 per day.
You can also obtain them from Team Trials: 5000 points from remaining in Class 6 or 4000 points from remaining in Class 5.
Club Points
Club Points are obtained when people use the Uma you set in your profile as a parent during their run. You get 10 each time this happens, up to 100 per day.
You can also obtain them by giving Shoes to people in your club, which grants 5 points per shoe, up to 100 per day. It is recommended to join a club as soon as possible.
Clocks
Clocks are obtained through multiple sources, including:
- Daily Shop
- Rewards from Team Trials races
- Limited Time Events
- Randomly dropped during Careers
Cleats
Cleats are obtainable through the Support card section in the Storage menu, by dismantling duplicate copies of cards you already own. NEVER cleat anything if you haven’t Max Limit Broken (MLB’d) it.
As for priorities when spending Cleats, the SR+ random tickets are worthwhile to fill out your SR card roster, with the pink tickets being the second priority. Everything else is ignoreable.
Clovers
Clovers are obtained when the gacha banner ends and you didn’t complete a full spark, with a 1 pull to 1 clover ratio. This currency is pretty irrelevant, as the items in the shop are very expensive and you should only pull if you have enough carats to spark the banner.
DANGER
Do NOT treat Clovers as a pity system, as they are incredibly inefficient to obtain. 200 pulls = 1 ticket.
Statues
Statues are mainly obtained from receiving duplicate Umas via Scout banners. Depending on the rarity of the Uma duplicate you receive, you will gain a different amount of statues. The rates are as follows:
1 Star Uma: 1 Statue
2 Star Uma: 3 Statues
3 Star Uma (Off Banner): 60 Statues
3 Star Uma (Rate up): 90 Statues
Statues can also be obtained randomly from time-limited events and races.
Statues are used at the Statue Exchange in the Shop to trade for Star Pieces of Umas. You can only purchase Star Pieces for Umas you have already obtained. Trade rates for statues start at 1 statue per Star Piece up to a limit of 25. Once you have spent 25, the trade rate will worsen to 2 statues per star piece. This worsens again to 3 to 1, eventually capping out at 5 to 1.
| Total Star Pieces for a given Uma | Cost (Statues) | Cumulative Cost (Statues) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 → 25 | 25 | 25 |
| 25 → 50 | 50 | 75 |
| 50 → 75 | 75 | 150 |
| 75 → 100 | 100 | 250 |
| 100 → 125 | 125 | 375 |
Shoes
Shoes are gained from doing G3, G2, and G1 races of that specific category. For example, Sprint shoes are gained from winning Sprint Races. Dirt races always grant Dirt shoes.
Banners
Banners are obtained from winning the namesake race. In most cases, if an Uma needs a banner for her Potential Levels, she can get them from her mandatory races.
Dream Glimmer
This currency is obtainable through winning races in the URA Finale part of the career, and used to unlock character potential levels 4 and 5, as well as hint levels for their skills. It also comes from events.
SR / SSR Crystal Shards
Gold / Rainbow Crystal Shards can be combined to upgrade your SR and SSR Support Cards.
Currently, the only way to obtain Crystal Shards are through limited time events. You can exchange Crystal Shards in the shop to purchase Gold or Rainbow Uncap Crystals, costing 20 shards per crystal.
