uma.guide Discord Bot — Terms of Service

By adding or using the uma.guide Discord Bot ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the Bot from your server.

1. Description

The Bot is a lookup tool for Umamusume: Pretty Derby game data — support cards, skills, characters, guides, race tracks, and related information. It responds to slash commands and prefix commands within Discord.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using the Bot you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Bot for its intended purpose of looking up in-game information.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, or attempt to exploit the Bot
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Bot's operation
• Use the Bot for any purpose that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

4. Availability

The Bot is provided free of charge and as-is with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or shut down the Bot at any time without notice.

5. Disclaimer

This Bot is a fan-made project. Umamusume: Pretty Derby and all related characters, names, and assets are trademarks of Cygames, Inc. This Bot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cygames.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
